British Columbia Presents: Her Heart and Brain Matters!
At the end of this session, participants will be able to describe why heart and brain health matters to women and in particular how education, research, advocacy, prevention, and rehabilitation strategies continue to improve women's heart and brain health in Canada.

Atlantic Provinces Present: Mental Health: COVID Impact on Cardiovascular Disease
By the end of the session, participants will learn from clinicians, patients, and researchers about the impact the COVID pandemic has had on mental health, stroke and cardiac rehabilitation programming, and new opportunities for virtual cardiovascular care.

Québec Presents: Physical Fitness, Nutrition, and Stress Management (in French, parts bilingual)
By the end of the session, participants will be able to explain the importance of physical activity, eating healthy, and managing stress for overall heart-healthy living.
*Please note, the first 25 minutes are an exercise video (bilingual), followed by an interview with a psychologist (in French), and nutritionist (in French). English subtitles coming soon!

Ontario Presents: Cardiovascular Prevention, Rehabilitation, Treatment and Support for Women with Heart Disease
By the end of the session, participants will be able to describe the various programs and initiatives available at University Health Network, Science North, and the Canadian Women’s Heart Health Centre aimed at educating and supporting women with cardiovascular disease.

Manitoba and Saskatchewan Present: Living with SCAD
By the end of this session, participants will be able to recall the pathophysiology, recognize the unique risk factors and presentations of SCAD in women, and understand the physical and emotional impact. They will also learn about the education and supports required to support women living with SCAD, and realize current gaps in acute care and community support.

Alberta and Nunavut Present: Sex, Gender, and Cardiovascular Disease Throughout the Lifespan
By the end of this session, participants will be able to explain the difference between “sex” and “gender”, describe the impact of both sex and gender on cardiovascular health in women, and lastly, recognize the cardiovascular implications of various stages of a woman’s reproductive life.
